  1. Dr John the Wipper says:

    Well, personally I also have strict guidelines about who one can rape: absolutely NOONE can rape ANYBODY!!!
    (oh well, proof of the contrary abounds, but that SHOULD not be the case)

  2. M27Holts says:

    Aye. But what happens when the woman decides to remove her consent retrospectively when you unexpectedly sobered up and fooked off home?

  3. Bvereshagen says:

    Dr John the Wipper: You might want to substitute the word “should” for “can” in the interest of accuracy. Another example might be “Nobody SHOULD wear a man-bun”.

  4. M27Holts says:

    And GMP are still allowing muslim men to do what they want wirh underage infidel girls, without fear of prosecution…tens of thousands of incidents, swept under the carpet with a “lifestyle choice” tag to smooth the multicultural ethos….oh well criminality always is allowed when religion is the cause…

  5. Dr John the Wipper says:

    M27:
    Please clarify GMP.
    Google only gives “Good Manufacturing Practice” or “Good Marketing Practice”; and then your comment makes no sense to me….

  6. Max T. Furr says:

    I think Mo’s guidelines still allow for raping goats.

    ‘nother winner, author!

  9. TonyH says:

    GMP – Greater Manchester Police?

  10. me not says:

    @M27Holts, can you substantiate either of your assertions above with links to reliable sources, please.

  11. Author says:

    Thanks, MarkyWarky.

    Author: Have you reset your clock to British Summertime a few days early?

  13. M27Holts says:

    GMP. Greater Manchester Police. Sources, FOI information requests and I was an IT contractor at GMP for 18 months….engaged in project CRISP..shared nationwide data warehouse for UK police forces…massive cover up…what was revealed by the female whistle blower was the tip of the iceberg…

  14. M27Holts says:

    I approached my MP and the accusation of ISLAMOPHOBIA was the immediate response….sadly, but nit unexpected since that one word is enough to muzzle our entire CPS and law enforcement…e.g. how many persons have been jailed (in GB) for cutting off their daughters clitoris…I will give you a clue…its less than 1.

  15. me not says:

    @M27Holts

    Thank you for your replies.

    Is the data you mentioned publicly available? I would like to have a look at it.

    Also, do you have any references to the case of retroactive withdrawal of consent that you mentioned above?

  16. Donn says:

    Bvereshagen – I’d say “can”, not “should.” This might seem to be an error, because of course they regularly do what they can’t do, but that contradiction is inherent in the usage – there’s an implied “or else.” The fact that “or else” regularly fails to deter someone, doesn’t invalidate the assertion.

  17. M27Holts says:

    Retrospective withdrawal of consent is a kinder way of putting “hell hath no fury…” into a modern context…and yes I was foreman of the jury in such a case…and I have had two friends accused of Rape which both strenuously denied. Nowadays, shag a drunken person and you risk being declared a rapist..at what point of inebriation does consent become a.non sequitur? Its a minefield….I had enough drunken knee tremblers when I was a lad to class me as a serial rapist…oh well we live in strange times…

  18. me not says:

    @M27Holts

    If the case was tried at Crown Court then there will be a public record of the trial, could you point me to it, please?

    Regarding the data resulting from the FOI you mentioned earlier, could you point me to where I could have a look?

  19. postdoggerel says:

    There are more than 8,000 nerve endings in the tip of the clitoris alone. But that is still not as sensitive as Brett Kavanaugh at the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.

  20. Wee Jim says:

    In fact, islam has very strict definitions of what is and is not rape.

  21. me not says:

    @Wee Jim

    The neurotic attention to minute details in Islam would be laughable if it wasn’t so tragic.

  22. Laripu says:

    M27Holts, I think your two complaints should be examined for frequency of occurrence, and full context.

    The first, “Retrospective withdrawal of consent”, I believe happens fairly rarely. Whenever it does happen it’s a crime, but it has never happened to anyone I know. It is considerably less believable when a man who claims that “consent was withdrawn only retrospectively”, also claims that “she liked it rough and wanted it that way” – as a defense against medical evidence of anal tearing.

    The second, “shag a drunken person and you risk being declared a rapist”, that’s a matter of degree. Is the drunk person slightly inebriated, say two drinks, so that their judgement is merely a little impaired? Or are they so drunk that they can barely walk or speak, and between periods of near-unconsciousness, have no resistance to your removing their undergarments? The second is clearly rape, just at much as if they were completely unconscious.

    The American actor and entertainer, Bill Cosby, was accused of drugging 60 women in order to have sex with them. He claimed it was all consensual. That’s not nearly believable, I think.

  23. M27Holts says:

    Laripu. I am being the devils advocate. I am not talking about a person deliberately applying rohipnol or a date rape drug. I am talking about the law being a very grey area at the moment wheras a woman could say I would never have consented to sex if I hadn’t had a few glasses of wine therefore I was raped…though surely that could apply the other way as well….I am not talking about cases where the woman has clear evidence of sexual violence. I personally have no desire to inflict pain nor have pain inflicted upon me. But sadists are unfortunately quite common in our killer-ape society…

  24. M27Holts says:

    Here in the UK we have a current campaign hitting media relentlessly…preaching the mantra of what constitutes as abuse against women and girls…one commandment is “telling her what to wear” and “telling her who she can see or do” – the ads go on to call out such behavious and report it to the police…aye and the edicts won’t matter one jot if the geezer is a muslim…he has a get out of hail card in that his abuse is backed up by a magic book…it’s a fookin laarf I tell ya…

  25. M27Holts says:

    Postdog. But the pasta is just another Jesus freak…so sayeth the flying spaghetti monster and it is he who has the correct sauce for homo- sapiens hunger for the truth…

  26. Anonymous says:

    M27, have another helping of the new, improved truth, with a side of alternative facts on wry.

  27. postdoggerel says:

    to atone for my sin of omission,
    I offer this act of contrition;
    my avatar, no doubt,
    was amiss and fell out,
    due to premature submission.

  28. Laripu says:

    It seems that for the American far-right, Putin is “the man standing between us and this New World Order” and evolution is a hoax, funded by … wait for it … Jews.

    These people are dangerous.
