I find it distasteful, if not downright offensive, that Barmaid should feel it necessary to apologise for her perfectly reasonable views (“I’m sorry boys, but …”).
J & M never apologise for their hateful views!
I like that “hybrid God/human blood sacrifice…to himself.” That “hybrid” concept (though not using that term) is a fundamental problem across all the Xtian sects.
The essence of “hate speech” is that it is speech that somebody hates. No other speech requires protection.
Is Barmaid (peace be upon Her) apologizing? I thought She is expressing her pity and compassion, feeling sorry for the boys (eternal peas be theirs).
Eh. No peas for the wicked…I like mushy peas so I can’t be wicked then…stands to reason…
Anyway. Didn’t the romans crucify most perps on an X shaped cross and naked and usually gang raped and castrated (male) victims? I reckon it was all made up, after the event….
Barmaid’s “sorry” isn’t a real apology, it’s top quality passive-aggressive sarcasm.
OB: And it hit right in the Cock&Bull’s eye, too.
