  1. OtterBe says:

I’m seeing ‘ cread ‘ as uncountable in Welsh? Or, created, so ‘the uncreated word’. Is this deliberate and something I just haven’t seen being on the west side of the pond? Rather early, so maybe I’m just caffeine-deficient.

  2. OtterBe says:

Ah: just a typo in the version sent to patreons.
    Never mind-carry on

  3. M27Holts says:

A lot of the Koran boils down to. This is the word of God and if you don’t believe us we can kill you…I reckon that is all you need to know about its tedious contents…

  4. nakul says:

Muhammmmmmmed peacebeuponhim did not have a moustache, by the way. Assuming he ever lived.

  5. Rrr says:

So instead of Occam’s razor we should refer to Mo’s, in search of the simplest truth? OK.

  6. Anonymous says:

Beards and ‘taches….. available by request? And hang on.. Mo didn’t have a moustache, but Jesus did.? But in the drawings……. I’ll just get a refill….

  7. Paul Seed says:

I seem to remember that we are seeing Mo’s body double, not the genuine original. That cold explain the mustache.

  8. Paul Seed says:

    … could explain …

  9. M27Holts says:

Aye. Mo is an android controlled by the 7th column Evangelist army of Zion Lizards….everybody knows that!

  10. jveeds says:

Actually, this is exactly what I thought about the Book of Mormon. The ancient 7th C BCE Nephites and stories from the golden plates sound exactly like the King James bible. And it’s not like Joseph Smith was paraphrasing the ancient Jews and their New World successors which might account for all the “It came to pass’s” and other stilted biblical phrases. He was supposedly taking the actual terminology of the ancient times.

  11. Rrr says:

While you may be confusing teh book of mormon for a book of a moron, taht’s a COMPLETELY different narrative. By a marginally competent scriptor.

Best explained by a simple sign-error. On the part of Joe.

  12. Rrr says:

Aha, Paul Seed, so it’s just the simplest of disguises. Stick on a false face hair and quickly wrap a turbine about your head, and nobody will ever be able to post your actual mugshot. Might even try that, if needed. pbuhh

  13. M27Holts says:

Didn’t Smith create Mormonism cult so that he had access to lots of underage girls? Just askin, coz cults are usually created for sexual gratification of its creators…

  14. Laripu says:

M27Holts – if there was a way to verify that, I’d wager you were right.
jveeds – you’re probably right too.

Cultures that have gods seem to either create them in their own image (Jesus, and the Greek/Roman/Norse pantheons), or else make them outlandish (e.g. blue skin and an elephant head), or make them invisible (Jews and Yahu).

I can’t think of other examples. Are there any?

  15. M27Holts says:

Alien DNA…Scientology… though the phenotype is human in likeness.

  16. Laripu says:

Ah, yes, how could I forget Scientology! I live in Tampa and the head office of those nuts is in Clearwater, a mere 27 miles away, ESE of my home.

    This is the place:
    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Church_of_Scientology_Flag_Service_Organization

It seems that do have a concept of god, but don’t tell you anything substantial about it:
    https://www.scientology.org/faq/scientology-beliefs/what-is-the-concept-of-god-in-scientology.html

Convenient. Anyway, the goal of that church is to make money and they do that fairly well. Your can read in the link below how many thousands of dollars they charge to move up in “operating thetan” levels.

  17. Rrr says:

Oh, religion. No big deal, eh?

Apparently, a religious dispute triggered (no pun intended) two Tadjiki recruits into shooting their comrades at a military training range in Soloti outside Belgorod near the Ukraine border, killing 11 soldiers and wounding 15, before getting shot themselves.

Source: Oleksij Arestovytj, advisor to President Zelenskyy of Ukraine, on Youtube. Sorry, no link, just second hand info. Or more likely fourth or seventh.

My comment: Well, that’s a couple dozen less bodies going into “not-a-war” raping, razing and generally genociding a peaceful country, and as many more adding to the estimated 65000 already lost to Russian Federation. Idi nakhul, as the saying goes after Snake Island. Or, just go home already.

  18. Donn says:

It’s because godless communist atheism has no basis for morality.

  19. Rrr says:

Followup, still without confirmation. From cornucopia?

21:52 The shooting at the Russian firing range reportedly killed 30 Russian soldiers and officers, and came after a lieutenant colonel said Russia is fighting a holy war and called Allah a coward. The three perpetrators, one of whom got away, are also said to have been denied their prayers and not given a prayer room. The lieutenant colonel was killed first, and then the three continued to mercilessly mow down the other Russian soldiers with machine guns. One of the three is supposed to have been a sergeant.

  20. M27Holts says:

Can an imaginary entity be a coward? Or anything really?

  21. M27Holts says:

Just watched a documentary on Dahmer, Jeff, he got god once incarcerated and so did his dad – who was a science graduate so he should know better and was even promoting genesis as fact garbage in the documentary. Excepting the peeps on here. Most american citizens are brainwashed jesus freaks and they never fail in me wanting them to be loaded onto Antarctica away from sane people….in the USA the lunatics have taken over the asylum…

  22. Rrr says:

M27: Yes, of course! Anything imaginable, to be precise. At least. Son of Jor-El from Krypton, to name but one.
