I have found that article by Martin Amis very interesting indeed – thank you.

Previously you printed reactions to your boring cartoon strip by dumb christians who can be your easy targets, or to those who would call you commies, which you would wear as a badge of pride. BORING. Rather, why don’t you react to an atheist like me, you FASCISTS?

When are you going to do a cartoon of MOHAMMED ANALLY PENETRATING ALLAH, like Larry Flynt’s parody of Rev. Falwell that led to a Supreme Court case? Or are you typical boring straight white christian males who are AFRAID to subvert hegemony? If you fascists don’t do it, then what artists who delight in postmodern transgression of the bourgeois values of late capitalism will be courageous enough to depict ALLAH and MO penetrating each other?
I bet you fascists delete my posts. If you do you’re typical boring straight white christian males who would feel very comfortable working for the Inquisition or the Nazis.
NOW DO A CARTOON OF THAT EMAIL, DAWGS! But you won’t, cuz you’re just boring neo-Nazis…

Guys, just wanna say that your comic is great, it’s funny, intelligent and thought provoking, although the art work sucks a bit.

What makes me laugh are the ignorant narrow minded fools who think you’re demeaning their religeons.

Grow a brain guys, then you might get the joke.

  4. Owen says:

Haha – “Wife owner” magazine, that’s funny.

  5. His Royal Oddness says:

I agree, Owen. The best part of the bedroom scenes is the reading material.

  6. Teralek says:

I think there could be a rational excuse to have a spiritual belief. Even the most atheist person at some point or another makes choices based on sentimentality, like when in love!

  7. Ziz says:

Yes, except that sentimentality isn’t rational, and lack of total rationality in others does not make ones own irrationality any less irrational.
