  1. M27Holts says:

Surely, pointing out that mo was a paedophile is going to be banned by law when it will be one of the cornerstones of islamaphibic hate speech? Watch yourself Mr Author….

  2. M27Holts says:

The other corners of islamophobic hate crime will be…stating that mo was a blood thirsty warlord. His claims that he spoke to god in a cave is completely and obviously the biggest whopper since Anthony told Cleopatra that he would be Caesar…and the Koran is the actual word of god and not made up drivel…

  3. M27Holts says:

Actually No 4 should be inverted….🤔

  4. tebirkes says:

So, if a man, let’s say Mo, is perfect For All Eternity due to being chosen by whichever deity holds one’s attention, then it’s clear that deity isn’t female. Why?

Based on personal experience, every woman who has chosen Me (and OK, I ain’t Mo) promptly tried to change me. For The Better. And while each of them was largely justified in her attempts at upgrade/customisation/modification, I now wonder whether or not I’d have experienced anything like the same set of gyrations had I been gay.

Yet another “life experience bonus” from heterosexuality, I suppose.

  5. M27Holts says:

Are you suggesting Mo’s imaginary god is a gay entity with an unfeasibly large penis? No wonder mo’s god was so apparently homophobic…trying to hide repressed homosexual relations in that cave…makes sense…

  6. postdogerrel says:

Mo and Allah, alone in the cave,
wrote a treatise on how to behave.
If by God, you are chosen,
    your sin debts are frozen,
your morals are ready to waive.

  7. tebirkes says:

@ M27Holts – you know, that’s one of the OTHER wonderful things about this website; that our random thoughts are expounded upon, challenged, taken further (into absurdity, but that’s also OK). I’d’ve never made the conceptual leap that Mo’s deity could be a self-denying homosexual. Talk about omniscient-NOT!

  8. M27Holts says:

Most organised religions have problems with homo sapiens as a sex mad killer primate Our blood lust is possibly only exceeded by sexual and power lust. The complexities of human sexuality is outside the ancient holy books ability to control it and the crusty old men of the three monotheistic religions are not and never had enough sex to sate the an8mal within…Those godless heathen pagans were getting plenty though…

  9. postdogerrel says:

Primo Levi’s short story “Knall”, from A Tranquil Star, is a chilling allegory that explores humanity’s latent thirst for violence through the lens of a fictional device—a small, easily concealed weapon called the Knall. It’s a “handy device” that kills instantly and silently, and its widespread availability leads to a society where murder becomes casual, even banal.
    With Swiftian wit, he concludes,
“It is not dangerous because it does not satisfy man’s need to spill blood.”
I paraphrased that. If you have the book, please let me know exactly hoe he put it.

  10. Donn Cave says:

Yeah, I know that’s me – every time I pick up a knife, it’s all I can do to keep from hacking someone to bits.

  11. M27Holts says:

Mr Cave, yes if everybody was like me you could leave your house unlocked with it’s door wide open. You could be sure that the streets would be litter free since I have never willingly or knowingly dropped any litter…however the streets where I live are litter strewn and burglary, theft and shop lifting is common place…Annoying isn’t it….

  12. Succubus ov Satan says:

He was the absolute best male available that ‘god’ could find

  13. Mockingbird says:

…and “god” found him hiding in a cave with his pen and paper ready?

  14. Highlander says:

    No new post this week?

  15. Donn Cave says:

Patreon sent out a best-of — “thank you for not provoking my uncontrollable lust”. Author apparently being on vacation.

  16. Author says:

Yes, apologies. I should have left a note here. On holiday. No updates until 1 Oct.

  17. Morkingbird says:

It’s OK. We all know you were hob-knobbing with Trump and royalty really …

  18. postdogerrel says:

I found the book. Here is how he put it.
“Now, precisely because the knall kills without bloodshed, it is doubtful it will last. Perhaps that’s why, in spite of its obvious advantages, it has not, so far, become a danger to society.”

  19. Rrr says:

Mockingbird: According to undisclosed sources, the writing was done by some serf who possessed that uncanny, almost ungodly, faculty of writing. Could have been the wing-ed horse? Pen at hoof already.

Let it now be known that the family Equidae also contains the donkey, or common ass, as well as the wild Przewalski of the steppes. And do let us know if any can fly, pegase.

  20. M27Holts says:

If you apply Occam’s Razor….Mo made it all up….

  21. Mockingbird says:

M27: Even if Mo was not very bright you’d have thought Big G would have seen the advantage of a few witnesses….but no….

  22. postdoggerel says:

Occam’s razor, the sword of Damocles,
it doesn’t matter which of these
    you choose to decide
    on which side you reside
if you chuck your advisor, Mephistophalese.

  23. M27Holts says:

Postdog, I reckon that the Razor would point to the Arch Demon being fictional as well….

  24. M27Holts says:

Having said that, I reckon the odd cumudgion who lived on my first street as a kid and used to pop our footballs with a knife may have been an Arch Demon in his spare time…🤔

  25. paradoctor says:

This reminds me of the difference between Ivy League colleges and community colleges. It’s hard to get into an Ivy League college, but once you’re in, you stay in no matter what; whereas it’s easy to get into a community college, but you have to work in order not to drop out.

  26. M27Holts says:

The more you try to convince a religious cabbage for brains tosser that all the tripe fed to them isn’t in any tangible way provable as a truth, the more they think they are right…the religious loon bombs will lead to the destruction of us all…it’s inevitable…

  27. M27Holts says:

The forces of “unreason” are massing, Trump and Farage are asserting that “science does not have all the answers” and peddling snake-oil politics to the great unwashed and uneducated fools…a third and final dark age is upon us all…we’re doomed….

  28. postdogerrel says:

    Trump and Farage are asserting
their anti-science stance is not hurting
the likes of you and me
    who happen to agree
their take on this is disconcerting

  29. nanarbnor says:

Science doesn’t have all the answers. Every law, theory, hypothesis in science is provisional. New *evidence* can turn them upside down. That’s one of science’s perks.

19 days since the last J & M. Hope all is well.

  30. M27Holts says:

and I suppose religion DOES then?.well I suppose that claims that have no evidence to support them can never be falsified. My Hypothesis that If I try to head-butt an onrushing freight train I will die…mr nananbnor you are free to prove me wrong…

  31. Rrr says:

M27, I think you misunderstood nanarbnor. You are probably in agreement.
But — I can also be wrong! 😉
