If “these scanners have been put in place because of the extremist fundamentalists actions of some religions”, why aren’t they in use in Israel, where all sorts of nut case religious fundamentalists are everywhere? Security there is best described as talking eye to eye with the passengers and asking questions of them, even those with their shoes still on. Picture having a conversation with a bottom bomb in place, no crap there.

The scanner doesn’t show up bottom bombs. And of course those who refuse to be scanned are refused their flight, so the camel and other forms of land and sea transport will be available as required. Be afraid of bottom bombs. They are the ultimate weapon.

@blueshifter – Aboriginal people of Australia, people living in tropical rain forests, tribes in Asia and India (including holy fakir men) lots and lots of tribes in Africa and Indians of both Americas have/or used to have no need for loincloth or covered boobies. It’s the prudent colonial “cultures” (or shall I say vultures) with Bibles, Qurans and guns that forced “modesty” upon them.
Also a great deal of European pagans used to strip freely whenever they had the opportunity, for spiritual and hygienical reasons, even for battle; – of course all that BEFORE they got Christianized.

If you are obtaining your information about clothing from watching National Geographic Specials, you will gain the impression that everyone (who has appeared on camera) wears a loin cloth. And/or has their boobies covered. Out In The Real World, this is not the case.
Nudists (naturists) all wear aprons whilst cooking bacon.

oh, and “naturist”? name ONE human society that hasn’t at least invented the loincloth. that’s right – we ain’t gone around “natural” for 10s or perhaps 100s of thousands of years. you’re not a “naturist”, you like to flap your junk around and have people look at it. you my friend, are a flasher with a support group.

@Sarge084 – because those who control the nudity and other natural traits of the human body control everything else Thus fundies and fascists promote “modesty” and “decency” as controlling what people shall wear or not or what to do with their body – making it “immoral” to be born with a natural body makes people confused, frightened and easier to control. Just as the fashion business is one of the hugest businesses in the world, profiting insanely from mere dictating what people should wear and how human bodies MUST look like this season.

Just as the silly rules about liquids in hand luggage enforced in the EU can be circumvented by anyone with half a braincell (which in fact probably does exclude a few fundies), can’t you just carry explosives on board *within* your body? Out of ‘haya’, I am not suggesting any orifices.
