@JohnnyCanuck: "I am sure I would have remembered the sermon if ever the minister had explained the significance of the passage."

I can deliver a quite unforgettable sermon on the significance of passages. It depends on the guy.

Hey, Ophelia, just 'cause J & M's arms don't confirm to the "norm" as arms generally go doesn't mean that we have to label them as unnatural or unworthy (wouldn't that be a very unChristian thing to do)...those affected by phalidomide have feelings too, you know!

You know, I've always wondered what's so fuckin' great about humility? I think it's overrated. It's just a self-castrating impulse, a symptom of mental illness glorified by organized religion. It's all about narcissism, really: "I better not act or think I've got anything going on, because someone else might show me up, and humilitate me, therefore it's better if I humiliate myself before they can. Must humiliate myself before anyone can do it first. Must. Show. Everyone. Up. First." In fact, humility is the highest form of narcissism.

Congratulations Author.

This has to be the best cartoon find since my very first Steve Bell, Doonesbury or Bloom County.

I found this site on Friday and read every cartoon on it. Absolutely superb.

Apart from the fantastic concept in the first place the writing is spot on.

I love the occasional digs at other nonsense like homeopathy and the fact that they spend half their time in the pub.

I would like to meet the barmaid as she seems to be a paragon of logic and clear thinking.

Excellent stuff. Please keep it up.

A real side splitter! It truly encapsulates the logic of fundamentalists of all religions--the holier-than-thou crowd.
