It's not a fooferall. Yelling "fire" in a crowded movie theatre is not part of free speech. Lying under oath isn't part of free speech. Neither is false advertising, libel, or hate crimes. There is a world of difference between suppressing Holocaust deniers in certain forums, and burning an embassy because at one time your legendary figurehead was deemed too awesome to be represented as per a portion of your followers. “Free speech” or “freedom of expression” doesn’t mean “anarchy of expression”.
